Install

1. Copy all files on your server
2. Edit include/inc_globals.php with our parameters.
   do not forget to change the password
3. to set up the base, you've got 2 methods,
   choose the one your prefer:
   * lazy method: run install.php
   * manual method: with console or phpmyadmin, install the 2 SQL files located in sql directory
